By participating in any Promotional Game or Games (“Game" or “Games”), you agree to abide by and be bound by these official rules for the Games ("Official Game Rules") and the decisions of Golden Hearts Games, which are final and binding in all respects and not subject to appeal.

These Official Game Rules are supplemented by the Official Sweepstakes Rules (which govern ALL promotional games offered on the Golden Hearts Games website [http://www.goldenheartsgames.com] (the "Website").

You are strongly advised to review the Official Sweepstakes Rules in addition to these Official Game Rules PRIOR TO participating in any Golden Hearts Games promotional games. In the event of any inconsistency between these Official Game Rules and the Official Sweepstakes Rules, these Official Game Rules will prevail, govern, and control only with respect to the specifics of participation in a given Game, but in ALL OTHER RESPECTS the Official Sweepstakes Rules will prevail, govern, and control.

At any one time, Golden Hearts Games will provide multiple different Games. Golden Hearts Games will periodically add new Games to the website and will temporarily or permanently remove Games from the website. Golden Hearts Games reserves the right to modify the content, titles, and number of concurrently available Games at any time due to system maintenance or any other reason. To the extent feasible, Golden Hearts Games will endeavor to send an email communication and/or post a notice on the Website in advance of planned system maintenance.

Golden Hearts Games reserves the right to update these Official Game Rules from time to time as it sees fit at the Company's sole discretion. Generally, such changes will take effect five (5) business days following the date of Golden Hearts Games' announcement of same. However, should circumstances warrant, changes to these Official Game Rules may take effect sooner than five (5) business days; and, under extreme circumstances, such changes will take effect immediately.

Golden Hearts Games will notify accountholders of significant changes (for example, changes to the underlying structure/participation in any Games, as well as any changes which take effect via an email communication and/or a posting on the Website. (All other changes will only be addressed in the revised version of the Official Game Rules.)

You are strongly advised to review these Official Game Rules periodically so that you appreciate the current terms governing the conduct of the Games. For your convenience, these Official Game Rules were last revised on .

1. Eligibility

1. You MUST be a legal resident of the United States of America, including any of the U.S. Territories. However, residents of the State of Idaho, Montana, Michigan, Nevada or Washington State are not eligible to participate.
2. You MUST be 18 years of age or older (for Alabama and Nebraska, a person must be 19 years of age or older; for Mississippi and Puerto Rico, a person must be 21 years of age or older) at the time of account creation.

3. You will need to create a free Golden Hearts Games user account to participate in any promotional game on the Website.

2. How to participate in any Game on the Website

1. Sign into your user free Golden Hearts Games account and go to the main Lobby screen within the Golden Hearts Games website.

2. Select from one of the available Games by clicking on the respective Game's card or image, which will bring you into the respective selected Game.

3. To participate in any Game, you are required to use Coins for each individual play. Golden Hearts Games has two (2) types of Coins: (a) Gold Coins; and (b) Sweeps Coins. Please carefully note which type of Coin you are using when playing any of the Games. You can switch between using Gold Coins and Sweeps Coins at any time, as long as you are not in the middle of a play, spin, hand or any active game play, by clicking on the toggle button located that the top of the Website. 4. Not all games are available to be played with both Gold Coins AND Sweeps Coins. Golden Hearts Games reserves the right to make a game available for play with only Gold Coins; only Sweeps Coins; or with both Gold and Sweeps Coins.

5. Each individual time you click the respective Game's "Play," "Deal," or "Spin" button your then-current Coin balance (Gold or Sweeps) will be debited by the entry fee value you selected. Be very careful when using Gold Coins or Sweeps Coins to access Games because, once they are used, Gold Coins or Sweeps Coins are lost and will not be restored unless the Game cannot be conducted as originally planned as per Rule 5 below.

6. Each individual Game may have different Coin entry fee values, but these values are subject to change or be subject to limitations on a per player basis. Please see the specific rules and entry fees for each individual Game by entering the game and clicking on the rules or menu button, sometimes noted with a question mark (?) icon located toward the top of the game.

7. Winners are awarded Coins (Gold or Sweeps) at the end of each individual play. Prizes awarded in Games played with Sweeps Coins will be awarded in “redeemable” Sweeps Coins, which may be redeemed or exchanged for a cash prize payout or a digital gift card provide you have the minimum number of Redeemable Sweeps Coins required to submit a redemption request. This amount will be published in the Official Sweepstakes Rules; in the Frequently Ask Questions; and on the redemption section located on the My Account page of the Website.

3. Game rules, entry fees, prizes, and instructions for each individual Game

Each individual Game has a different set of rules, as well as different instructions for how to play. Please see more information for each individual Game by clicking the question mark (?) icon located within each individual Game.

You are strongly encouraged to periodically review these individual Game Rules for each specific game from time to time so that you have a clear understanding of how the individual game operates as well as the odds of winning in each respective promotional game.

4. Force Majeure

Golden Hearts Games will not be liable in any amount for failure to perform any obligation under these Official Game Rules if such failure is caused by the occurrence of any unforeseen contingency beyond our reasonable control, including, without limitation, Internet outages, communications outages, pandemics, fire, flood, or war.

5. Limitations of liability

Golden Hearts Games is not responsible for:

1. Any Game, materials or other communications related to participation in any Game (whether sent to or sent by an individual) which are late, lost, garbled, incomplete, inaccessible/blocked, corrupted, jumbled, misdirected, delayed or damaged, regardless of cause;

2. Incomplete, incorrect or inaccurate information as to the conduct of any Game whether caused by Website user’s tampering, hacking or by any of the equipment or programming in any Game, regardless of cause;

3. Any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of any function or feature of any Game or other communications whether sent to or sent by an individual;

4. Any problems or technical malfunctions of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line-systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, programming or failure of communications (whether sent to or sent by an individual) on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website (including but not limited to the Website) or any combination thereof which affects participation in any Game (including by way of example only, any interruption, interference or impediment which prevents a Game from being conducted as originally intended by Golden Hearts Games);

5. Any injury or damage to a participant's or to any person's computer or mobile device (or any information/materials stored therein) related to or resulting from downloading materials for a Game.

6. Inconsistencies between Official Game Rules & individual game rules

In the event of any inconsistency between these Official Game Rules and the content of the instructions for playing a Game, these Official Game Rules shall prevail, govern, and control in all respects.

7. No waiver

The failure of Golden Hearts Games to enforce any provision of these Official Game Rules in a given instance shall NOT constitute the ongoing waiver of such provision.

8.Tampering

CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY A PERSON TO DELIBERATELY INTERRUPT OR INTERFERE WITH THE CONDUCT OF A GAME, INCLUDING MANIPULATION, THE USE OF “BOTS”, FORGERY OR OTHERWISE ATTEMPT TO DEFRAUD GOLDEN HEARTS GAMES IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE CONDUCT OF ANY GAME WILL RESULT IN CANCELLATION OF ACCOUNT, PROHIBITION FROM FUTURE USE OF THE WEBSITE AND, IN SUCH INSTANCE, GOLDEN HEARTS GAMES RESERVES THE RIGHT TO PURSUE ALL AVAILABLE LEGAL REMEDIES AGAINST SUCH PERSON.
